Role: Early Years Apprentice Skills Coach (Assessor)
Location: Greater Manchester

Salary: £28000 - £33000
Eden Brown are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Apprentice Skills Coach for apprentices at an FE College in Greater Manchester.
This is a full-time permanent role, assessing L2/3 standards in early years.
Hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. This is a full time permanent role with additional responsibilities as outlined below:
* Deliver training, assessment, and quality assurance for the college's work-based learning programs, contributing to high-quality, employer-focused provision.
* Provide both on-the-job and off-the-job training and assessment, enabling learners to develop necessary knowledge, skills, and behaviours.
* Ensure successful completion of qualifications and apprenticeship standards
* Monitor and track learner progress, conduct regular reviews in partnership with teachers and employers, and maintain accurate records for audit and quality assurance.
* Develop relationships with employers to identify opportunities for growth, support marketing activities, and facilitate learner inductions.
* Implement internal quality assurance processes, comply with safeguarding policies, and adhere to Health and Safety regulations.
* Maintain continuous professional development, contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes, and support learners, parents, and employers.
